Welcome.

“Feeling stuck?”

“Where do I go next?“

“Where has my motivation gone?”

“Why do I do the things I do?”

If any of these questions speak to you, I imagine you are someone who wants more out of life. We can work together to find a version of yourself that you have been waiting for.

What Do We Talk About?

  • Anxiety

Not knowing what will happen next can be very overwhelming. Whether it is caused by a life event or a general sense of uneasiness, change can be hard.

  • Depression

Feeling as though life is passing you by. Not knowing where enjoyment lies in our lives can be frustrating.

  • Relationships

We are social beings. Having fulfilling relationships is essential but being vulnerable with another person can be scary.

Nice to meet you, I’m Cole.

Therapy can help us find what may be holding us back, but it can also help us find what keeps us going.

What makes you happy? Where do we find contentment? Who do we love?

In times of despair, we often feel lost, and these questions may be difficult to answer. In our conversations, we can look to find what you have been searching for.

Whats on my mind?
